Good morning everyone!
A few days ago I joined a website called fitocracy, and so far I've done a few exercises at home. Today I did the Arnold's 1% Circuit (Intermediate Bodyweight) routine. It went pretty well, but I'm battling an annoying cold right now, so I kept feeling tired and out of breath.
I think either later today or tonight I will try doing some yoga as well. Better put that new mat to use!
